A familiar old symbol, but I must admit, I have never seen a red one before, only a black.
Perfectly captured image for a Ruby Tuesday. There was a time when there was a Singer in most homes in America, including both of my grandmothers.
That's a beauty.

Oh yeah, memories... My grandma had such a machine, the factory is still working now -

I've never seen one in red either, but it looks mighty fine :)
I have never seen a red one, always black ones. Maybe the Mexicans painted it in a more brighter colour.

My grandmother had a singer sewing machine only it was painted black. It was a treadle machine that you worked with your feet.
