at this time of year, my Mornington Peninsula holds a scarecrow festival in the hinterland...
Streets are dotted with some rather crazy characters...
This is one of them outside Focus, a disability support community...
(Finally, there was a window of sunshine after endless days of grey, so I went photo hunting...)
